Does Kewbot include voice calling?¶
Kewbot supports calling integration scenarios in a partial scope, depending on provider and setup.
Is calling enabled by default?¶
Usually no. It requires provider/account enablement and technical validation.
Can I use Asterisk with Kewbot?¶
In many environments, yes, with integration planning and compatibility testing.
What if call authentication fails?¶
Check SIP/auth compatibility first. In some setups, SHA-256-only combinations can require additional interop handling.
Can we rely only on calling?¶
For most teams, chat remains the primary channel and calling acts as an escalation path.
What is the safest rollout model?¶
Start with a pilot group, monitor quality, then expand gradually.
