Do I need technical knowledge to use it?¶
For daily agent work, no. Admin setup (routing, templates, integrations) benefits from technical support.
Can multiple agents work at the same time?¶
Yes. Conversations can be assigned, transferred, and monitored in realtime by groups and supervisors.
Can I start a conversation with a customer anytime?¶
You can always reply inside the customer care window. Outside it, use an approved template.
Does Kewbot support campaigns?¶
Yes. You can run campaigns from CSV or API-triggered workflows.
