Getting Started with Kewbot¶
Kewbot is a WhatsApp-first customer conversation platform. It helps teams handle support, sales, and outbound messaging from one workspace.

Before your team starts¶
- Your WhatsApp Business API number is connected.
- At least one inbound route is configured.
- At least one template is approved in Meta and synced to Kewbot.
- Agent users and groups are created.
