Getting Started with Kewbot

Kewbot is a WhatsApp-first customer conversation platform. It helps teams handle support, sales, and outbound messaging from one workspace.

Before your team starts

  1. Your WhatsApp Business API number is connected.
  2. At least one inbound route is configured.
  3. At least one template is approved in Meta and synced to Kewbot.
  4. Agent users and groups are created.
