What supervisors monitor

How to use it daily

  1. Check overall queue size at shift start.
  2. Review group distribution and idle/overloaded teams.
  3. Follow active conversation aging indicators.
  4. Reassign or transfer where needed.

  • Keep group definitions clear to simplify routing decisions.
