Voice Calling¶
Kewbot includes voice-calling integration support in a partial/controlled scope, depending on your provider and environment.
Current scope¶
- Calling is available through integration scenarios, not as a full standalone PBX replacement.
- Availability and behavior can differ by provider, account configuration, and deployment.
What to plan for¶
- Define clear ownership of call routing between Kewbot and telephony provider.
- Validate codec, authentication, and SIP compatibility before launch.
- Run end-to-end tests for inbound and outbound call paths.
Recommended rollout¶
- Pilot with a small group.
- Validate call quality and logs.
- Confirm fallback process for failed calls.
- Expand gradually.
