Voice Calling

Kewbot includes voice-calling integration support in a partial/controlled scope, depending on your provider and environment.

Current scope

  • Calling is available through integration scenarios, not as a full standalone PBX replacement.
  • Availability and behavior can differ by provider, account configuration, and deployment.

What to plan for

  • Define clear ownership of call routing between Kewbot and telephony provider.
  • Validate codec, authentication, and SIP compatibility before launch.
  • Run end-to-end tests for inbound and outbound call paths.
  1. Pilot with a small group.
  2. Validate call quality and logs.
  3. Confirm fallback process for failed calls.
  4. Expand gradually.

For provider-specific details, see Integrations → VoIP → Asterisk and Integrations → WhatsApp Calling.
